King Ludwig II



Ludwig II, the king of Bavaria, has a strange obsession, which is building a giant castle.Because of this obsession he engaged a huge debt. A friend of King Ludwig, ie the emperor Wilhelm I, offer a loan of 10 million Mark to Ludwig II, but he was rejected because the loan has a condition, that he should pay his debts and not to build the castle. King Ludwig also failed to obtain a loan from the king of Sweden, Norway to build his dream castle is. 






So his obsession to build his dream castle he threatened everyone, that he will be in jail if they did not help him. In view days later King Ludwig II committed suicide in 1886 by drowning himself to the pool because of he can not build the castle which he dreamed.
